In 1989, a 39 acre "Historic Pioneer Homestead Theme Park", located in South Georgia, was opened to the public. The park includes the restored homestead homesite (listed on the "National Register of Historic Places"), exotic animals, wildlife, birds, nature walks, plants, museums, 200 seat indoor pavilion, outdoor entertainment stage, etc. At the park you can enjoy animals, watch birds, walk on nature trails, gaze at the vast variety of plants, enjoy the marvelous museums, and much more. There are many possibilities other than the present use for public view, you might consider a Religious or Corporate retreat - add a weekend restaurant - THE POTENTIAL IS ENDLESS.
